I'm most comfortable in identity and device management — especially Okta, Jamf, and software deployment workflows. I spend a lot of time building automations that reduce friction and ensure consistency, whether it’s onboarding, app provisioning, or endpoint configuration.
I also work across Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. I'm not a traditional coder, but I’m good with no-code/low-code tools and logic-driven workflows, especially Okta Workflows and automation platforms.
I don’t come from the “standard” IT path. People bring me issues I’ve never seen before, and I pick them up quickly, connect pieces fast, and look at the problem in ways others might not. That’s an ADHD strength — pattern recognition, deep focus, and creative problem solving.
I like fixing things, improving them, and leaving systems better than I found them.
